SO HERE WE ARE ///

We want to build an anti beauty brand championing a unique
approach to skin care, with natural simple routines and ingredients to support
busy brains. The last few years Nath has personally been diagnosed with ADHD
and with that came the little gift of mental health issues - A touch of
anxiety, sleep issues and just a constant state of overwhelm.

 

We know there is a whole world of people out there
dealing with what life throws at you - either in the grief of losing a loved
one, in the chaos of cancer treatments, and particularly in mental health and
life overwhelm. This space here is a reflection of who Nicole was -

Strong Modern Unique Rebellious -and we hope to bring a little bit of that into your
lives by ushering in a slowness, and moments peace into your daily routines.

A TRIBUTE START-UP ///

We are Nath and Soph and this little space here is what we call SUMR. This little skin care endeavour is something beautiful that was left to us by Nath’s sister Nicole when she passed away from cancer 3 years ago and we are picking up her dream to build it into reality  - both as our tribute to who she was, and also because we now have our own heart and vision for this space.

SUMR is an acronym for who Nicole was to us, and its all the more fitting being the name of her Daughter - her ultimate gift.

We will share more of Nicole’s story in the future, but for now, we would love your support in this community as we formulate and manufacture calming + anxiety support skin care products for your busy brain.

    Our dream moving forward is to create products that calm, slow, and create peace for people struggling with the symptoms of a busy life. Our skin is our biggest organ and absorbs so much of the world around us so we are researching how we can best support our restless bodies through mindful practices and some super wonderful ingredients.
